Service Advisor

Role Overview

The Service Advisor serves as the primary connection between motorcycle owners and the service workshop. This role focuses on managing customer concerns, maintaining repair job cards, and keeping clients informed about repair progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and attentively listen to their motorcycle issues, recording detailed service requests.
• Prepare job cards and provide clear explanations of repair costs or routine maintenance charges.
• Collaborate closely with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate repair updates and final delivery information to customers via phone calls.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background including ITI, Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience ranging from no prior experience up to two years in customer service or automobile servicing environments.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities, fundamental computer and CRM software knowledge.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is required.
