Service Coordinator - AI Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to assist in training AI models. Your main responsibilities will include tracking the progress of AI chatbots, assessing their logic, and troubleshooting to enhance the performance and quality of each model.

This position requires advanced skills in writing, editing, and content development. Relevant backgrounds such as Communications or Journalism are considered valuable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of content produced by AI models.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional mastery of grammar, writing style, and brand tone.
• A Bachelor's degree (completed, ongoing, or planned) is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• This role is a contractor position with payment made via PayPal, which manages any USD currency conversions.
• Candidates must reside in Ireland to be eligible.
• Applicants will never be required to pay any fees as part of the hiring process.
• Contractors have flexibility to select projects and work schedules from home using their own computer.
• Compensation is hourly starting at $25-$30+ per hour with potential for bonuses on certain projects.
