Service Engineer

About the Role

Smart Enterprises, based in Girinagar, Bengaluru, is seeking a dedicated full-time Service Engineer to provide maintenance and repair services for industrial printers at customer locations across Bengaluru and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to customer sites for servicing industrial printers under AMC, handling breakdown repairs, installations, and spare part replacements.
• Prepare and submit daily service reports following the company's prescribed format.
• Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities at customer locations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to safeguard existing business and foster new opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics or NTTF certification, with or without experience in servicing electronic or electrical equipment.
• Fluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory; reasonable proficiency in English is also required.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is compulsory; fuel allowance will be provided.
