Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Servicenow Developer to join a prominent multinational corporation based in Bengaluru, India. This role involves leveraging expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Security Operations to enhance system capabilities and security workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow Security Operations applications, focusing on Vulnerability Response.
• Implement and manage business rules, client scripts, and JavaScript coding to automate processes and improve platform efficiency.
• Utilize Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for workflow automation and integration with external services.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
• Manage MID-Server configurations and maintain CMDB & CSDM standards.
• Integrate and handle data from vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, and Microsoft Defender.
• Apply Performance Analytics to monitor and optimize application and security operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate with relevant background or experience.
• Strong command over JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
• Experience specifically with ServiceNow Security Operations and Vulnerability Response modules.
• Familiarity with integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs and MID-Server setups.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for configuration management.
• Acquaintance with industry-standard vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, and Microsoft Defender.
