Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the spinning process to guarantee smooth and safe operations throughout the shift.
• Continuously monitor machine performance and process parameters to meet production objectives.
• Maintain product standards by strictly following established operating procedures and quality specifications.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to promptly address any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Lead and supervise both operators and contract labor to maintain effective shift workflows.
• Track raw material usage and strive to reduce losses and waste during processing.
• Enforce safety, health, environmental protocols, and housekeeping guidelines consistently.
• Compile and maintain detailed shift production reports, operational logs, and records.
• Detect any irregularities or deviations in processes and apply corrective measures to sustain stable operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement programs aimed at boosting productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
