About the Role
9I Integrated Property Management is looking to hire an experienced HVAC Shift Supervisor to oversee the running, maintenance, and energy management of HVAC systems during their shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the functioning of critical HVAC equipment including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, and VRF systems.
- Lead and manage the HVAC technician team while scheduling and supervising shift rosters.
- Track operational parameters, work on optimizing energy consumption, and reduce equipment downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and manage emergency breakdown situations effectively.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
- Have between 8 to 10 years of practical experience in HVAC systems operation and maintenance.
Additional Information
Candidates without relevant experience or an ITI/Diploma qualification in the appropriate field will not be considered. The final salary will be decided based on technical proficiency, practical skills in the field, troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of MEP systems, leadership qualities, communication skills, safety compliance, and interview performance.
