Shiftlead Warehouse

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Shift Leaders for our logistics site in Bremerhaven. The role involves ensuring smooth, efficient daily warehouse operations and leading teams effectively.

Work Schedule

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00 hours
• Evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00 hours
• Work on Saturday during morning shift, with compensatory day off within two weeks

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, material handling, or operational logistics
• Proven experience in supervising, coordinating, or scheduling staff
• Proficient in German language
• Good command of English due to communication in international environments and occasional overseas business travel
• Strong computer skills including confident use of laptops, MS Office, and internal systems
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily work processes within the shift
• Manage shift personnel planning and control
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process standards
• Support onboarding and training of new employees
• Maintain communication with internal departments, supervisors, and interfaces
• Handle documentation, maintain records, and operate internal IT systems
• Assist in improving operational processes during daily activities
• Guarantee efficient and reliable execution of shift duties
