Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of rooftop solar panel installations at project sites. This role demands hands-on supervision, effective coordination among various teams, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process of rooftop solar systems and overall site operations.
• Perform detailed site surveys and organize project-related activities efficiently.
• Guarantee adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and timely delivery of projects.
• Lead and manage the installation workforce, including contractors and other on-site resources.
• Collaborate closely with design, inventory, and liaison departments to synchronize efforts.
• Compile comprehensive site reports and maintain all necessary project documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges encountered during installation and commissioning phases.
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with customers, providing them with updates on project progress.
