Role Overview

This position as a Sixth Form Mentor in Enfield, starting September 2026, is ideal for graduates from Russell Group universities with ambitions of becoming teachers or Educational Psychologists. Key Responsibilities

• Provide both academic guidance and pastoral care to students in Years 12 and 13.
• Implement targeted interventions and one-on-one mentoring to improve attendance, engagement, and behaviour.
• Assist students in navigating UCAS processes, drafting personal statements, preparing CVs, and exploring apprenticeships and university applications.
• Motivate students to aim high and support them in gaining admission to prestigious universities and challenging programs.
• Organise careers fairs, university visits, enrichment activities, and opportunities for work experience.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and external organisations to enhance student progress and wellbeing.
• Maintain safeguarding documentation and contribute actively to the broader pastoral care team for Sixth Formers.
