Staffing Coordinator

Role Overview

As a Staffing Coordinator at Grid Dynamics, you will collaborate closely with engineers to identify their strengths and help strategically organize future project teams. This role requires regular interaction with employees, project managers, delivery managers, and other internal stakeholders, providing exposure to various facets of business process development and enhancing your management and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze upcoming job openings and create strategic staffing plans.
• Regularly collect and update information from engineers and delivery managers.
• Maintain and update corporate tracking systems including Google Sheets and proprietary internal software.
• Collaborate daily with multiple corporate departments to align staffing efforts.
• Assist in refining and optimizing staffing processes across the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in coordinating people, facilitating team interactions, or organizing workflows.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
