Position Overview

This entry-level retail sales role is designed for flexible schedules that can fit around your life. The job typically involves cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking. In some locations, the role may also include food preparation and food safety responsibilities. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is helpful but not mandatory, as training is provided for candidates with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience and aim to exceed expectations on every visit.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times.
• Prepare and present food properly, including making coffee and other customer favorites.
• Handle cash accurately, process fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Follow required health code and food safety practices.
• Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment that may require repeated bending, standing, reaching, multitasking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
