Role Overview
This position requires overseeing and inspiring your store team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing service role is preferred.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to collaborate within a dynamic team environment while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Skillful in organizing workloads, delegating tasks, and supporting team members.
Key Responsibilities
