Technical Trainer

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Technical Trainers to deliver instructional sessions both in physical classrooms and virtual environments. The role involves creating and enhancing training materials such as exercises and assignments, designing assessments tailored to various skill levels, and continuously refining course content and delivery methods by integrating stakeholder feedback. Trainers are also expected to manage program governance and ensure training effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate classroom and online training sessions.
• Develop comprehensive educational materials, including exercises and assignments.
• Create assessments to evaluate proficiency across different competencies.
• Continuously improve course content and delivery by analyzing and acting on feedback.
• Coordinate program management and adhere to governance standards.

Expertise Areas

Candidates should have between 2 to 15 years of experience in teaching or IT with practical knowledge in one or more of the following domains:

• Java technologies including Java programming, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Bootstrap.
• Open source technologies such as Python, PHP, Unix/Linux, MySQL, Apache, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Data Science areas like Python for data science, machine learning, exploratory data analysis, statistics, and probability.
• Big Data technologies including Python programming, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, MongoDB, NoSQL.
• Microsoft stack like C# programming, SQL Server, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Azure, SharePoint.
• MEAN and MERN stacks.
• SAP modules including SAP ABAP, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP BI, SAP S4 HANA.
• Oracle technologies such as Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Siebel CRM, Oracle Cloud, OBIEE, and Fusion Middleware.
• Cloud and Infrastructure management involving network, database, Windows/Linux administration, middleware, end-user computing, ServiceNow, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and virtualization.
• DBMS platforms: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, NoSQL.
• Testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Microfocus UFT, ALM tools, SOA testing, SOAPUI, Rest Assured, Appium.
• API and integration technologies such as API, Microservices, TIBCO, APIGee, Mule.
• Digital commerce platforms including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager.
• Digital Process Automation tools: PEGA, Appian, Camunda, Unqork, UIPath.
