Role Overview

We are searching for a Technical Writer to manage and enhance the entire documentation experience for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud offerings. This role carries significant responsibility and impact, requiring you to be the main driver in creating clear, accurate, and accessible materials for a global audience that includes users and developers. You will collaborate closely with engineers to convert complex technical information into user-friendly documentation that enables independent success without necessitating support intervention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete documentation lifecycle for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud products ensuring accuracy, currency, and easy accessibility.
  • Plan and produce documentation aligned with new features, integrations, and product releases alongside the product development cycle.
