Job Overview
We are searching for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller who is passionate about sales and determined to achieve targets. Formal educational qualifications are not mandatory; what counts most is your skill set, enthusiasm, and aptitude for sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls effectively to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain product features and services clearly to customers.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships professionally.
- Enter and update data into the CRM database accurately.
- Meet or exceed daily calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections with confidence and politeness.
Requirements & Skills
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- Experience or aptitude in sales and lead generation.
