About the Role

Dhruthi Academy, located in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join as Telecallers / Admission Counsellors. This full-time position offers a chance to build a prosperous career in the education sector with a fast-growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students and parents via phone calls.
Detail the academy's courses and their advantages to prospects.
Arrange walk-in visits and counselling appointments.
Follow-up with interested leads to assist their enrolment.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Meet monthly goals related to calls, visits, and admissions.

Candidate Profile

Energetic and confident with effective communication skills.
Able to engage comfortably with students and parents.
Goal-driven with excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Fluent in Telugu and capable of basic English communication.
Desire to grow professionally in education and admission counselling.

Preferred Experience

Applicants with prior telecalling, counselling, or sales experience in schools, junior colleges, JEE/NEET coaching centers, K-12 education providers, or EdTech organizations (such as Physics Wallah, BYJU’S, Vedantu, Unacademy, or Aakash) will be favored. Experience handling Class 11, Class 12, JEE, NEET, or Intermediate students and their parents is desirable. However, confident freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly earnings range from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000.
Fixed monthly salary between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000.
Performance incentives up to ₹5,000 monthly.
Additional sales incentives for top performers.

Working Schedule

Flexible shifts available:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Workplace

Physical presence is required at Dhruthi Academy's office in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam.
