Job Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to drive sales.
Respond to customer inquiries, presenting products and services clearly.
Convert leads into confirmed sales by effective communication and persistent follow-ups.
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with both prospective and current clients.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Keep customer data and call logs updated using CRM systems or Excel sheets.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales roles.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Excellent negotiation abilities and competence in handling customers.
Goal-driven mindset complemented with a positive approach.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software usage.
Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Details

Workdays: 6 days per week.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
