Test Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our team on a contract basis for a period of 6+ months in Toronto, ON (Hybrid arrangement). This role requires immediate availability and a strong background in software testing within the Telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend software requirement documents (Functional Specification Documents), providing constructive review feedback.
• Develop and update test cases aligned with new software features.
• Prepare relevant test data necessary for validation.
• Perform execution of test cases to ensure software quality.
• Identify, report, and verify bugs discovered during testing phases.
• Carry out functionality testing of products and conduct regression test suites.
• Maintain documentation to track test execution progress and report to the team lead.
• Undertake documentation analysis and technical implementation tasks.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3 to 5 years in a Test Analyst position.
• Familiarity with Telecom domain, specifically understanding order journey processes.
• Knowledge of using Stubs and Drivers in testing.

Additional Information

This role is based onsite in Toronto, Ontario with a hybrid working arrangement and requires a contract commitment exceeding six months.
