About the Role
Join the team at DHL Supply Chain as a Transport Systems Analyst, where you will be integral to supporting and maintaining our transport systems. Serving as the primary contact for both internal teams and external clients, you will ensure smooth operation of our transport business through strong system support and issue resolution. You will operate in a high-pressure, deadline-sensitive environment, empowering you with decision-making autonomy and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-level IT support for transport-related applications including portals, data integrity, track and trace, consignment, finance, and billing systems.
- Deliver critical support services ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements.
- Conduct analysis and generate reports regarding system performance and procedural workflows.
- Engage in analytical problem-solving and system planning focused on increasing operational efficiency and identifying enhancement opportunities.
- Manage system configuration and facilitate onboarding of new customers.
- Contribute to special projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience
- Desirable tertiary qualifications in Business, Transport, Statistics, or related fields.
- Prior experience with transport systems and relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of transport, logistics, and warehouse operational processes.
- Background in IT support or help desk roles.
- Knowledgeable in system, network, and database setups.
- Experience with systems administration tasks.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal influence skills.
