UI Engineer - AI Trainer

About the Role

We seek an experienced UI Engineer to assist in training AI models by assessing AI chatbots. Your key duties will include measuring chatbot progress, analyzing their reasoning, and addressing challenges to enhance the model quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign coding challenges to AI chatbots and assess their solutions.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift to address coding tasks.
• Strong command of English at native or bilingual level.
• Attention to detail with solid experience in algorithms, data structures, and debugging practices.
• Possession or pursuit of a Master’s or PhD degree is favored but not mandatory.

• You may select projects and working hours according to your preference.
• Work remotely using your own computer at comfortable locations.
• Compensation starts from $50 to $100+ per hour including bonuses based on quality and quantity of output.
