About the Role
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is hiring for the position of Unit Manager to join ICICI Prudential Life Insurance on a full-time, on-role basis within the agency channel. This role focuses on recruiting insurance advisers, leading them, and driving business growth through their efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting and onboarding insurance advisers to the agency team.
- Generating business by driving adviser performance.
- Leading and managing a team of advisers to meet sales targets.
- Motivating and coaching team members to achieve their goals.
- Providing training and continuous guidance to advisers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sales.
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Candidate must be local to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is compulsory.
- Freshers will not be considered.

Compensation
