Role Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at Bending Spoons, you will craft impactful product experiences through outstanding user interface and user experience design, moving projects from early concept to refined delivery. You’ll leverage AI extensively to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and coding, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. Validating your designs through user feedback and data analysis will be key to enhancing product success and business value.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create high-impact product experiences with intuitive, effective, and enjoyable UI and UX design using appropriate design tools.
• Utilize large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to define project scope, identify risks, and align teams before initiating detailed design work.
• Develop prototypes and frontend code using AI platforms such as Cursor and Claude Code, balancing when to employ code versus design software for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate from the outset with product managers and engineers to establish UX requirements and maintain involvement through build, QA, and release phases.
• Engage directly with users to test and validate designs, analyze key metrics such as funnels and retention, and iterate to improve effectiveness.
• Identify and prioritize high-value product improvements, align stakeholders, and execute rapid delivery.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position with either permanent or fixed-term contracts available. Locations include Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or remote work from eligible countries.
