VMC Machine Operator

Role Overview

We are searching for a skilled VMC Machine Operator to join Protoxl Design Private Limited in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting up and operating VMC machines with precision to meet exact design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate VMC machinery based on detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and tooling guidelines.
• Handle the loading and modification of CNC programs utilizing standard command languages such as G-code and M-code; fine-tune cutting parameters, feed speeds, and tool trajectories as required.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, drills, and end mills; install and calibrate these tools, keeping track of their condition for wear and performance.
• Conduct quality inspections of machined components using precise measuring devices like micrometers and calipers to ensure compliance with stringent dimensional criteria.
• Carry out routine upkeep of machines including fluid level checks and diagnose issues to remedy operational problems.

Compensation

The remuneration for this position ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month.
