About the Role

Join Taivas Education as an Admissions Counsellor intern, where you'll play a key role in supporting prospective students throughout their admissions journey. Your responsibilities will include facilitating one-on-one counseling sessions, managing queries, and offering insights to guide applicants successfully through our enrollment procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospects and their families in personalized consultations to identify academic goals and needs.
• Help organize and lead information sessions and campus visits aimed at potential applicants.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate and resolve admission-related challenges.
• Work collaboratively with admissions staff to evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and assist in decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous records of all applicant data and monitor their progress through each stage of admissions.
• Effectively communicate updates and offer continual support to students and guardians.
• Keep abreast of evolving trends and best practices in the admissions field to enhance candidate experience.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

This opportunity suits candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for empowering students academically. Preferred applicants must be located in Delhi, available for part-time engagement for 2 months starting between July 30 and September 3, 2026.

Compensation & Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from 8,000 to 14,000 INR, comprising a fixed component of 6,000 to 10,000 INR plus an incentive of 2,000 to 4,000 INR. Perks include an internship completion certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
