Next Step Talents Private Limited, a reputable manpower supplier established in 2018 and based in Kolkata, is offering an internship opportunity in customer service/support. This internship is designed for individuals eager to enhance their skills within a fast-moving, dynamic workspace. Interns will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Communicate product and service details to customers using multiple platforms.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Work closely with different departments to resolve customer issues and boost satisfaction levels.
• Use MS-Excel for customer data analysis and to prepare reports for managerial review.
• Demonstrate strong written English communication skills in interactions with clients and team members.
• Create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with MS-Office tools to back customer service projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only candidates available for full-time in-office internship can apply.
• Internship start date should be between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026.
• Candidate must commit to the full 6-month internship duration.
• Applicants must be residents of Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, or Noida.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in customer service expected.

Additional Information

This internship offers a monthly stipend between 20,000 and 35,000 INR, with a prospect of a job offer upon successful completion. There are 12 openings for this role. The internship starts immediately and will be held onsite in Greater Noida, India.
