Confluencr, a prominent influencer marketing agency operating across 16 countries including India, invites eager and motivated individuals to join our team as Influencer Event Coordinators for an upcoming event in Pune. This internship offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in live event management, influencer marketing, and brand activations within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with influencers, creators, and event guests to facilitate smooth communication.
• Support registration processes, attendee check-ins, and manage guest relations efficiently.
• Assist the event management team to ensure flawless event execution.
• Oversee backstage operations and coordinate movement of creators throughout the event.
• Help manage schedules, logistical arrangements, and communication on the ground.
• Proactively resolve any coordination challenges arising during the event.
• Collaborate closely with Confluencr’s team members to deliver an exceptional event experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should be available for part-time roles and must be able to commence between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
• Candidates must commit to a one-week internship duration.
• Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in the field are required.

Stipend and Benefits

This internship offers a weekly stipend ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹2,500 along with a certificate of completion.
