This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment by participating in actual hiring projects alongside seasoned recruiters. If your aim is to develop a career in human resources or talent acquisition, this program will guide you through the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Evaluate resumes against job descriptions to shortlist appropriate applicants.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange interview timings between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment stages.
• Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle ongoing recruitment demands across diverse industries.
• Acquire knowledge of contemporary recruitment methods, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager to successfully fill open positions.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for full-time, in-office internship at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
• Should be able to commence the internship between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026.
• Availability for the entire three months duration is required.
• Possess relevant skills and show genuine interest in recruitment.
• Women who wish to initiate or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Access to a laptop and a dedicated SIM card.
• Reliable internet connection.

Stipend and Benefits

This is an unpaid internship; however, a performance-based stipend is awarded upon successful candidate placements:
0-4 placements: No stipend
5-8 placements: 3000 INR
9-12 placements: 5000 INR
13-15 placements: 7500 INR
16 or more placements: 10000 INR plus best performer awards.
