Join Uboard India Limited as a Production & Process Trainee and gain hands-on experience in electric vehicle manufacturing operations. This internship offers exposure to shop-floor activities, production planning, and process monitoring, contributing to smooth and efficient manufacturing workflows. You'll support various teams and engage in continuous improvement projects aligned with industry best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of production and shop-floor activities to facilitate seamless operations.
- Provide support for production planning, monitoring processes, and tracking daily outputs.
- Observe and analyze production targets, productivity metrics, material consumption, and output quality.
- Collaborate closely with departments including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Compile and maintain daily production reports, ensuring ERP and MIS systems are updated accurately.
- Identify simple process issues and help implement corrective measures alongside the production team.
- Engage in initiatives focused on workplace organization and continuous improvement such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean projects.
- Maintain detailed production documentation and adhere to all workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, production, industrial, manufacturing, automobile, or mechatronics engineering.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflows.
- Comfortable working in a shop-floor environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with MS Excel and capable of maintaining proper documentation.
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship, with the ability to start immediately preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 8,000 and 12,000.
- Certificate of internship completion upon successful program conclusion.
