This position sits within People Operations and focuses on supporting employees and managers across the United States and Canada with workplace and leave accommodation needs.   • Coordinate with employees, managers, HR partners, and outside vendors to manage accommodation matters effectively.
  • Work closely with the Accommodations Program Manager and Employment Legal on complicated or escalated situations.
  • Contribute to process-improvement efforts and assist with compliance-related projects as assigned.
  • Manage a changing, high-volume caseload efficiently.

Qualifications and preferred background

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related HR generalist, HR advisor, business partner, or project/program management role within human resources or benefits is required.

Helpful experience includes knowledge of US and/or Canadian employment practices, such as ADA, FMLA, statutory leave, and disability-related policies and laws. Experience with Workday, Oracle, or ServiceNow is considered an advantage.

Strong ability to coach line managers and peers on HR, benefits, and accommodation processes is valued, along with the confidence to help strengthen leadership capability.
