About the Role
Baka Pozd Business Consultancy invites applications for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join their Toronto office. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless office functionality and supporting multiple departments to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clerical and administrative aid to management and various teams.
- Manage incoming calls, electronic correspondence, and official office communications courteously.
- Systematically organize and update filing systems, recordkeeping, and company documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain office scheduling systems.
- Compile reports, create presentations, draft business correspondence, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor office supplies and assist in acquiring additional inventory when necessary.
- Handle mail distribution, courier services, and incoming/outgoing document logistics.
- Conduct precise data entry and upkeep of office databases.
- Support travel planning, event management, and general administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Between one to three years of experience in an administrative or support capacity.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication prowess.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Meticulous attention to confidentiality and detail.
- Capability to operate independently alongside collaborative teamwork skills.
