About the Role
You will join McKinsey & Company's Asia Professional Development (PD) Operations team, playing a crucial part in maintaining operational excellence across Asia. Your responsibilities involve managing accurate data, coordinating review processes, facilitating effective communications, and providing dependable administrative and logistical support to PD stakeholders. This role is based at our Gurugram office, engaging closely with colleagues across the firm to uphold high standards in PD operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute standardized administrative procedures to support PD functions and ensure smooth workflows.
- Organize and manage extensive people-related data, including maintaining committee rosters and tracking completion of PD or review-related documents.
- Coordinate communications to evaluees and evaluators, ensuring punctual and clear messaging.
- Arrange day-of-review logistics, providing seamless support throughout the process.
- Collaborate with PD Managers, Specialists, Coordinators, and administrators to deliver effective operational assistance across Asia and parts of Europe.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience required.
- Minimum of one year professional experience within HR, Talent, or Professional Development operations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with preference for strong Excel capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively with a proactive attitude and clear ownership.
- Sound judgment to recognize when assistance or guidance is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to work in person at the Gurugram Service Center at least two days per week, with some flexibility for other locations or remote settings as required by team needs.
