About Roku and the Revenue Operations Team

The Revenue Operations team plays a pivotal role in optimizing ad inventory monetization by managing supply yield, pricing strategies, global partnerships, and streamlining ad sales processes through data and tool centralization.
Role Overview
The Business Automation Analyst position within the Revenue Operations team focuses on enhancing internal tools, particularly the proprietary Order Management System (OMS). Responsibilities include supporting users, troubleshooting, participating in feature development via user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivering end-user training to facilitate smooth adoption of system enhancements. This role demands strategic problem solving, strong communication skills, initiative, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the OMS support channel by addressing user queries and escalating issues appropriately.
- Analyze troubleshooting data to uncover recurring issues and opportunities, collaborating with Product and Engineering for resolution.
- Assume ownership of specific OMS features and initiatives under senior management guidance.
- Engage in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements guiding future feature development.
- Lead UAT sessions and consolidate feedback to improve system functionality continuously.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation for OMS.
- Create training materials for all OMS releases including related features beyond direct ownership.
- Conduct and assist in end-user training to ensure effective system utilization.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Two to four years of experience in business operations, automation, sales planning, account management, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of digital and Connected TV (CTV) advertising landscapes with a focus on aligning processes for business results.
- Strong analytical capabilities to discern patterns and insights from troubleshooting data.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing and facilitating training sessions preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication aptitude to document processes clearly and produce training resources.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with order management and revenue optimization systems in the advertising sector.
Work Arrangement and Benefits
Employees generally work onsite Monday through Thursday with flexible remote work on Fridays, except where role requirements dictate otherwise. Compensation ranges from $83,000 to $97,000 annually, based on skills and location. The package includes health insurance, equity awards, life and disability coverage, parental leave, wellness programs, and paid time off. Additional local statutory benefits may apply depending on jurisdiction.
