Role Overview

The company is looking for driven, confident, and persistent Outbound B2B Inside Sales Representatives / Appointment Setters to join an English-speaking team. The role centers on calling qualified U.S. business leads, engaging decision-makers, assessing fit quickly, and transferring warm prospects to senior closers.

Success in this position is measured by output and performance: every qualified transfer adds value. The ideal candidate should be able to identify opportunities, qualify them efficiently, and pass them on effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound B2B calls to business owners and executives in the United States.
• Use targeted questioning to determine whether prospects meet the company's partner criteria.
• Conduct smooth, confident live transfers to senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline information updated in real time.
• Handle objections with confidence and follow the provided scripts consistently.

Work Schedule and Location

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Location flexibility is available for suitable candidates, with options for on-site, hybrid, or fully remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, persuasive, and professional phone presence.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting is helpful.
• Strong determination, competitive drive, and the ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to stay resilient and maintain energy despite frequent rejection.
