Role Overview

The Associate in Project Finance will play a critical role in supporting the origination, structuring, execution, and financial modeling of structured and project finance transactions. These activities span sectors including infrastructure, energy, industrials, and real estate. Key responsibilities include providing strong financial analysis, possessing in-depth structured finance knowledge, and managing interactions with banks and financing partners throughout different transaction phases.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Assist in transaction structuring and financial modeling for project and structured finance deals.
• Engage effectively with banks and financing counterparties during transaction lifecycles.
• Support financing initiatives in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, utilities, transportation, industrials, and real estate.
• Maintain an understanding of debt markets, credit considerations, and lender requirements.
• Prepare and review financing documentation and related materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Finance) or professional certifications such as CFA or ACA are desirable.
• Valid financial modeling certification or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of experience in structured or project finance.
