Acadence Pinnacle is an emerging academic research and consulting firm offering services including research writing, publication assistance, thesis support, and academic consulting. We aim to appoint a committed professional to act as our brand ambassador and enhance marketing and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the visible brand ambassador of Acadence Pinnacle in promotional videos, advertisements, webinars, and across social media channels.
• Represent the company on screen for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Expand and manage the company's social media footprint by creating captivating reels and promotional content.
• Respond to client queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media messages promptly and professionally.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, facilitating lead conversion processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high-quality client service.
• Engage actively in branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Superior command of English and Hindi communication skills.
• Neat appearance with on-camera confidence and an appealing presence.
• Strong interpersonal abilities coupled with excellent presentation skills.
• Comfort and creativity in producing video content representing the brand publicly.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and design/editing tools like Canva or CapCut is preferred.
• Professional approach to client management.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement

The role involves a hybrid working schedule for the first three months, combining remote work with planned office meetings and training sessions. Post this period, full-time office presence will be required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary package ranging between 20,000 and 35,000 INR monthly, inclusive of performance-based incentives.
