About The Role & Team
Within the Global Digital Studio Operations EMEA team, the Client Services Coordinator plays a vital role in providing efficient support to both internal and external clients regarding their daily requests and business needs. This position involves maintaining detailed status reports to monitor and track key metrics for client dashboards. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, the ability to prioritize tasks, and composure under pressure are essential. Time management, administrative proficiency, and a passion for emerging technologies are also critical for success.
This role operates primarily from the London Hammersmith office, with four days per week onsite and the flexibility to work from home either on Monday or Friday.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Content Localisation Management team on programming material requests, including descriptive metadata and translations.
- Coordinate with the Content Operations Team regarding material status updates for both programming and marketing departments.
- Participate in team projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workflows and operational efficiencies.
- Support team leadership by coaching members, engaging with business stakeholders, and managing budget approvals as necessary.
- Assist project teams with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and workflow processes related to WON CMS and involved territories.
- Manage BOX folders and distribution lists pertinent to the role, including document uploads and permissions management.
- Help deliver marketing materials and supplementary metadata to clients from initiation to completion.
- Provide operational assistance for Disney and third-party systems utilized across business units.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient use of Channel Management Systems, preferably WhatsOn, along with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with remote satellite teams.
- Experience in TV distribution or post-production environments.
- Familiarity working with new media clients and digital platforms.
- Strong administrative capabilities and high computer literacy.
