Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Coordinator for Development Database to join our team, working 35 hours per week based in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will ensure data quality and accuracy within the CRM system to support fundraising activities and donor relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage processing and accurate entry of donation transactions in collaboration with finance, ensuring proper gift acknowledgement and receipting.
- Create, maintain, and distribute detailed database reports; prepare mailing lists and coordinate donor communications.
- Support the team with data upload/export functions and manage the Philanthropy Team document library.
- Maintain database integrity by managing duplicates, enforcing business rules, and ensuring consistency across overlapping systems.
Candidate Profile
- Experience with database management, preferably with Salesforce CRM; knowledge of Salesforce NPSP is a benefit.
- Proven skills importing/exporting data and generating reports.
- Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills with discretion.
