We are expanding our team and seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to contribute to our growth journey.
Role Purpose
The Corporate Relationship Manager will be charged with driving profitable growth through the acquisition of new business, managing corporate accounts, and fostering strong client retention. This role blends consultative sales techniques with relationship management to build enduring partnerships with employers, intermediaries, and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients.
As part of a dynamic and evolving start-up environment, the successful candidate will be adaptable and willing to contribute beyond their primary responsibilities, enhancing processes, capabilities, and supporting broader commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to meet specified sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new health insurance business opportunities across existing and new market sectors.
- Proactively explore emerging sectors, partnerships, and distribution channels to fuel sustained growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR Directors, Finance Directors, business owners, advisers, and other key decision makers.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms within authorized limits.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide precise forecasting through CRM tools.
- Manage and grow a designated portfolio of corporate and SME clients.
- Lead the annual renewal process, coordinating cross-functional internal teams to ensure streamlined client experiences.
- Own client relationships with proactive account management, conducting regular reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to uphold high service standards.
- Drive client retention through superior relationship management and service delivery.
- Identify improvements to processes, customer experiences, and commercial performance to support business development.
- Enhance sales collateral, client reporting, presentations, tender submissions, and account management resources.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape business strategy and product innovation.
- Contribute to organization-wide initiatives and cross-department projects.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Position Level Health as the health insurer of choice for partners and their clients.
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities aligned with long-term business growth.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences throughout the client lifecycle by offering consultative advice tailored to client needs.
- Address complex client issues by collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations including Consumer Protection Code, Minimum Competency Code, Insurance Distribution Regulations, GDPR, and internal policies.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and focus on delivering fair outcomes.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training and uphold professional certifications.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or financial services sales.
- Demonstrated success in business growth and strategic account management.
- Proven ability to manage corporate or SME client portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience operating within regulated environments.
- Possession of APA (Private Medical Insurance) qualification or the ability to obtain it within an agreed timeframe.
- Compliance with Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code.
- Desirable but not mandatory: CIP or QFA qualifications, and a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
