Role overview

Juice House creates cultural work for brands such as Jordan Brand, Chanel, Chase Bank, Delta Airlines, Stone Island, and Warner Records. This role works directly beside the founder and CEO to influence how the business approaches brand direction, creative thinking, and growth.

The position is not a classic strategy role. It blends high-level thinking with hands-on execution, so the right person should be equally at ease in brainstorming sessions, building decks, and getting stalled projects moving again.

Experience level is open. What matters most is having a strong personal perspective on culture and brands, being able to thrive in uncertain situations without constant direction, and taking full ownership of the work. For the right candidate, there is a genuine opportunity to grow into equity and partnership.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the founder and CEO on brand, creative, and growth decisions.
Contribute strategic ideas and help translate them into tangible outputs.
Build presentations and other working materials to communicate concepts clearly.
Push projects forward when they become stuck or unclear.
Work independently with minimal oversight while keeping a strong sense of ownership.

What we're looking for

A well-formed point of view on culture, brand, and fashion.
Ability to take an idea from concept to execution without heavy guidance.
Comfort working closely with senior leadership.
Strong self-motivation and initiative; prior years of experience are not required.

This is a remote contract role based in the United States. The company is open to candidates at any career stage. The opportunity may lead to equity and partnership for the right person, with this being intended as a real ownership path rather than a symbolic promise.
