Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate prioritization, resource deployment, and manage delivery deadlines.
  • Track project developments, identify and mitigate risks, clear obstacles, and address issues promptly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, cultivating trust via transparent and proactive communication.
  • Manage client expectations balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback internally to refine project implementation.
  • Facilitate cooperation among Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing enterprise software implementations or technical projects for customers.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple simultaneous customer projects.
