Role Overview
The Data Analyst, based at BLOCK C - Spencer Dock Dublin, will operate in a hybrid work mode in a permanent capacity. Key responsibilities include collecting data from Care Organizations and diverse sources, ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with data cleansing teams, and maintaining excellent customer service with partners. The role encompasses evaluating data collection processes, collaborating with operations pre- and post-implementation, configuring software to meet Care Organization requirements, and fulfilling additional related duties.
Responsibilities
- Gather and prepare data from Care Organizations and multiple platforms for ingestion.
- Coordinate with Care Organizations to facilitate efficient data collection and updates.
- Validate data accuracy across systems, identifying records requiring updates.
- Collaborate with data cleansing teams to specify data cleaning needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Care Organizations.
- Assess data collection and ingestion processes to recommend improvements.
- Engage functional partners at Care Organization levels to support project delivery.
- Investigate and address knowledge gaps in crucial functional areas.
- Support operations and Care Organizations before and after implementation to determine data requirements.
- Continuously update data per requirements while adhering to service level agreements.
- Configure software pre- and post-implementation to align with Care Organizations' needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
- Competent in reviewing and interpreting data, resolving data-related issues.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a client-focused, innovative mindset.
Preferred
- Experience with provider network operations.
- Familiarity with working in a cross-functional matrixed organization.
