Role Overview

• Assist in implementing data classification systems and taxonomy standards while collaborating with the data team to comprehend business requirements.
• Conduct analysis and label various stored data samples, ensuring high accuracy and recall metrics.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to enhance algorithm recognition capabilities and machine learning models by examining poor algorithm label cases and providing actionable feedback for improvement.
• Gain in-depth understanding of different business lines to refine classification standards for data labels and sample databases.
• Enhance the data annotation workflow by optimizing label sampling and review methods to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to the design enhancements of the annotation platform’s functionalities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related IT fields, with experience in research and development, testing, data analysis, or database administration.
• Strong communication and analytical reasoning skills with the ability to rapidly grasp business contexts and categorize samples accordingly.
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks accurately with minimal errors.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and machine learning technologies.
