Overview
We are seeking a Development Manager to join our team at SBI Life Insurance Company Limited’s Banashankari branch in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and supporting a team of Insurance Advisors, providing training on products and services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Conduct training sessions for Life Mitras (LMs) on product knowledge and company services.
- Support Life Mitras in the field, including participating in joint customer meetings.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to build and motivate a team effectively.
- Competence in training and motivating staff.
- Sound understanding of underwriting and operational processes.
- Experience in marketing financial products and instruments.
Key Interactions
- Regular engagement with customers.
- Collaboration with the Branch Manager.
- Close coordination with Life Mitras (Insurance Advisors).
Success Metrics
Performance will be measured by the achievement of sales targets, retention rates, and other relevant parameters.
