Digital Performance & Impact Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Performance & Impact Specialist to help evaluate and measure the success of digital transformation activities by tracking KPIs, creating dashboards, and analyzing project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and track digital performance metrics.
• Create dashboards and compile performance reports.
• Assess digital maturity and the results of transformation initiatives.
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for enhancement.
• Facilitate decision-making using data insights.
• Develop reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Oversee project progress and realization of benefits.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, KPI Management, PMO, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
• Proficiency in KPI creation, dashboard reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
