Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager for a 6-month contract role based in Cork, Ireland, with flexible hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for a key digital web portal, overseeing all stages from strategy to delivery and ongoing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the product strategy aligning with overall business objectives and continuously refining the roadmap based on user insights and market developments.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams including technology, UX/UI, and operations to deliver new features and enhancements effectively.
- Manage the product backlog by decomposing complex requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to identify user experience issues and drive improvements using data and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and broader business functions, collaborating with Compliance and Risk to adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in Digital Product Management, preferably focused on front-end web products.
- Proven skills in conducting workshops, backlog management, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Strong UX orientation and consumer-focused approach rather than deeply technical expertise.
- Experience in regulated industries or customer service-intensive environments is advantageous.
- Commercially oriented with a proactive mindset capable of independently driving progress.
- A degree is mandatory; possession of a Master’s degree is considered beneficial.
