Overview
We are seeking a proactive Ecommerce Specialist to manage and execute daily activities on our Shopify platform to keep our online store efficient and up to date. This hands-on role involves product setup, merchandising tasks, storefront asset updates, and overall site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily product management and storefront operations.
- Build and configure products within Shopify, including structural setup, tagging, image uploads, copywriting, and metafield management.
- Oversee collection updates by adding or removing products, managing assets, metafields, and rule settings.
- Update storefront elements such as banners, links, images, copy, and navigation menus.
- Maintain consistent and accurate product data across the entire catalog.
- Perform merchandising adjustments promptly and precisely.
- Assist in quality assurance for all website updates to ensure all links, assets, copy, and pricing display correctly.
Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of Shopify administration or relevant ecommerce training.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written communication capabilities.
- Enthusiastic learner interested in the operational aspects of direct-to-consumer ecommerce.
