Electrical Engineering — AI Data Trainer

About the Role

This contract opportunity is focused on helping improve advanced AI systems by applying electrical engineering expertise. You’ll support the development of more accurate and dependable models used by leading AI research teams, especially on problems involving circuits, control theory, signal processing, and related technical reasoning.

The work is fully remote and designed to be flexible. You can choose a schedule that suits you, with an expected workload of 10 to 40 hours per week.

What You Will Do

• Create advanced electrical engineering questions across areas such as circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and embedded systems to challenge AI reasoning.
• Develop accurate, step-by-step reference solutions that serve as benchmark answers for model training.
• Check AI-generated outputs, including circuit diagrams, mathematical reasoning, and code, for technical correctness, safety, and alignment with standards such as IEEE and NEC.
• Spot reasoning mistakes and unsupported assumptions in AI responses, then provide structured feedback to improve performance on engineering tasks.

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing or already hold a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• You have a strong grasp of at least one core specialization such as VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or signal processing.
• You can explain technical concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
• You pay close attention to detail when reviewing equations, circuit behavior, and technical documentation.
• Prior AI experience is not required; your engineering background is the key requirement.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data annotation, data quality assessment, or technical content review.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as SPICE or MATLAB.
• Experience in robotics, engineering simulation, or embedded systems.
