Role Summary
The Facility Executive will oversee integrated facility and community operations, making sure services are delivered efficiently and consistently against agreed SLAs and KPIs. This position is responsible for keeping engineering, soft services, and security activities running smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring full compliance with safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property operations teams so that service delivery stays aligned with contractual service levels and performance targets.
- Assess operational reports and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate the work of engineering, soft services, and security teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Take part in hiring, selection, promotions, disciplinary processes, and employee exits where required.
- Track staffing requirements and help ensure the right resources are assigned across site operations.
- Support the coaching, development, and training of outsourced facility management teams.
- Model workplace behavior that reflects the organization’s values and standards.
- Ensure permit-to-work processes are followed across all site activities.
- Promote and enforce site safety procedures and broader compliance obligations.
- Coordinate emergency readiness and response activities.
- Keep regular contact with clients and other stakeholders.
- Address complaints and issues from clients promptly and professionally.
- Work proactively to sustain high client satisfaction through reliable service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. A background of 3 to 6 years in facility management, property operations, or integrated FM services is required. Experience leading outsourced teams in engineering, soft services, and security will be considered an advantage. Prior exposure to SLA- and KPI-based operating environments in property or estate management is preferred, along with client-facing experience in real estate, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Familiarity with CMMS/ERP tools and Microsoft Excel for reporting and performance monitoring is also preferred.
