Position Overview

The Field Execution Representative acts as an energetic ambassador for the Celsius brand across various retail channels such as grocery, specialty, health clubs, and convenience stores. This role requires direct interaction with store managers and merchandising execution including displays, demos, and shelf management within a defined territory. It is a driving position requiring a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Engage daily with 15-20 targeted accounts within assigned markets, including Harrisburg, PA.
• Coordinate with store managers to secure placement for PDQs, end caps, and promotional displays.
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities and leads to the territory sales manager.
• Grow product distribution within account guidelines and store approvals.
• Maintain merchandising standards for shelves, cold vaults, and coolers according to brand specifications.
• Manage inventory rotation for merchandise in various store setups to ensure freshness and compliance.
• Implement point of sale materials as authorized by account managers.
• Support new store openings and participate in store reset projects.
• Document activities through weekly photo reports and maintain organized key account lists for planning.
• Utilize the Celsius sales app to log all account calls and submit weekly work and mileage reports.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 2 years of retail or merchandising experience; previous merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Availability to work a 40-hour week from Wednesday through Sunday.
• A self-motivated, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, excellent driving record, and personal vehicle use (with allowance provided).
• Resident within the county of the assigned territory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and teamwork.
