Position Overview
As a Founders Associate Intern, you will play a key role in expanding our network of sales partners and optimizing our top-of-funnel sales processes. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and take on independent project responsibilities, fostering new partnerships and helping to shape future contact exchange across Europe.
Primary Responsibilities
- Expand partnerships by managing and growing our network of sales partners, including agencies and IT service providers.
- Qualify and handle inbound and outbound leads, prepare related documents, and participate in client calls to drive the top-of-funnel growth.
- Enhance inbound channels and improve our onboarding process for customers.
- Make it simpler for clients to use Spreadly through continuous onboarding improvements.
- Scale and automate processes, utilizing AI and traditional methods, to focus efforts on high-impact activities.
- Work closely with the founder on a daily basis, maintaining direct communication.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to build something new and the willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Pragmatic and solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges.
- Interest or preliminary experience in B2B SaaS, partnerships, or business development is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, especially in a remote setting.
